Peak oil happens when the amount of discovered oil starts to decrease, and oil use exceeds available reserves. This is predicted to occur around 2010-2015 in the USA and has already happened in England & Norway.

December 2008: According to Lindsey Williams (former chaplin of major british petroleum BP board members in Alaska), the Arab nations (who are currently paying off the interest of the American national debt since Henry Kissinger struck a deal with them 40 years ago) will soon go broke (because of the recent pre-election oil price decrease) and will default on OUR "loan" (that's right, the federal reserve charges us INTERST ON THE FIAT "MONEY" THEY PRINT FOR US).

2009: The USA is expected to go bankrupt within a year of obama taking office. When Iceland went bankrupt in October 2008, banks stopped allowing people to withdraw their money and England is actually threatening to sue Iceland for defaulting on their national debt.

Lindsey is a Baptist minister who was the chaplain at BP Oil in the Northern Slopes of Alaska in 1971 and was given executive status on the boards of 10 oil corporations after they realized this minister could be "used" as a way to control their workers. Lindsey "predicted" $4-$5/gallon gasoline at his speech at the Granada Forum on Oct 24, 2007 (when gas was $2.77) - and recently "predicted" $1.50 gasoline then AND on July 28, 2008 (when gas was $3.96). Lindsey is all but blacklisted from the Internet since a death threat from an oil tycoon in 2008 (most likely a former CEO of BP).
