There is no such thing as a stupid (or un-Patriotic) question. The important motive is that you care enough about your country to educate yourself about our Geography, American History, Politics, Culture, etc. People who ask questions, obviously ask questions because they are interested in the subject or at least thinking about it; interest in the USA and our founding principles is the core of being an American Patriot.
